Kiehl’s has launched its new Superbly Restorative Preparations collection which features 100 percent organic Argan Oil. The body care organic oil from the fruit of the Argan tree, which can only be found in Southern Morocco, is great for skin and is known for its anti-oxidant properties.

Makeup Moxie reports that Kiehl’s Superbly Restorative Preparations natural body care Collection contains Body Lotion, Dry Oil, and Skin Salve, all of which will be available in stores and beauty counters this month.

Used by generations of native Berber women for its moisturizing benefits and antioxidant protection, this oil has now made its way into Kiehl’s Superbly Restorative body lotion, dry oil, and skin salve.

According to Talking Makeup, “Kiehl’s is the only beauty product company that is taking advantage of this oil’s naturally rich properties.”

This launch marks Kiehl’s first fair trade and their first organic ingredient, 100% certified Argan Oil. In addition, the plastic used for the packaging bottles of the dry oil and lotion is made from Post Consumer Recycled Packaging, which is another Kiehl’s first, and speaks for their commitment to giving back, as well as their commitment to the environment.

Skin beauty products in Kiehl’s Superbly Restorative Preparations Collection have retail prices starting at $30.
