Eating properly, getting enough sleep, exercising, and even pampering yourself a little with a massage or manicure and pedicure will not only help you look better, but it will help you feel better. Making the effort to improve yourself physically will help to clear your mind and might make it easier to work through the other struggles in your life.
As you approach the relationship problems with a clear mind you will be able to look at things with a fresh perspective. Having cared for yourself and pampered yourself you will now be able to care more about the emotional side of your relationship problems. Your partner will appreciate your willingness to try and work on the problems in your relationship, but he may even appreciate the time you took to take care of yourself more. He may also remember how things used to be and find not only an improved attitude but an increased physical attraction as well. Relationship problems can be very painful, but they can also become bearable as you work through the problems. The important things is to remember how valuable you are and to take the time to care for yourself as well.
