Prevent Hair Splitting With Proper Hair Care
No matter how much we speak about hair care and give advice on using natural hair care products, for many of us long, lustrous, shining and beautiful hair still remains a dream. Perhaps the main reason is that we don’t take proper care of our hair.
For long and lustrous hair the main obstacle is perhaps split ends, signs of damaged and dry hair. If you want to get rid of split ends first of all try to identify them. To check whether you have any split ends run your fingers through your hair right down to the bottom of the strands. If you really have any, your hair strands will be split literally in two. In this case you should certainly have your hair cut to get rid of the split ends. Then you can start taking split end prevention procedures.
Avoid brushing your hair if you’ve just had a shower and your hair is still wet. In case you can’t do without that use a wide-toothed comb. While brushing don’t brush too much, as it can promote breakage.
While having a shower always use some conditioner for hair ends. It lets your hair breathe. Today many qualified organic hair care conditioners are available.
If you want a more natural way to moisturize your hair and prevent split ends you can use mashed avocado or mayo. Apply to your wet hair. Leave it in for 30 minutes and then wash your hair with a shampoo.
Also, don’t wash your hair every day. Washing it will take away all the beneficial oils from your hair and consequently damage it. If you have oily hair wash it at least every other day.
Always remember that the food you eat can either in a good or bad way affect your hair health and look. There are several healthy foods that help your hair to shine with health. Eat much salmon, bran, carrots, beans, eggs, nuts and avocado for lustrous hair. Green tea can be used not only for drinking but also for the final rinse after shampooing.
By following the above mentioned tips you can achieve great results for shiny, healthy hair.

Nice tips. My wife has beautiful hair just about to her knees and uses almost all of your tips. She’d find the mayo part to be revolting beyond description, so I’d suggest dropping that one.
She also discovered that by taking some very high quality vitamins (Usana.com) her hair grew from hip level to its current length.
So yeah, Omega 3s are good, wide toothed wooden combs are good, not washing too often is good.
