Hair Problems Have A Solution
Our hair plays an immense role on our appearance. So you should always take good care of it.
But hair cannot repair itself. That’s why you need to protect it as the state of your hair reflects your internal health.
To revive your hair’s natural health and shine, keep your scalp clean and cool.
Nutrients provided by natural hair care products are the key to healthy hair. But to make them more effective, they must reach the roots as tension in the scalp or fatty deposits block blood circulation, drying the sebum and thus starving the hair roots.
Make a pre-shampoo conditioner with natural herbs like henna, neem and sandalwood. You may add curds and eggs to it. Apply it to your scalp to beat dry and dull hair.
Follow a balanced diet rich in minerals, proteins and vitamins, which is very essential for having healthy hair. Especially good are iron, sulphur, zinc, B-complex and vitamin C.
Natural hair care products can treat your hair the best way. For improving your dry hair use herbal oil. Massage your scalp with it at least twice a week. Another problem that troubles practically everyone is dandruff. To solve this annoyance you may again use natural hair care products. Massage the scalp with lemon and essential oils like rosemary, cedar and eucalyptus to reduce flaking and itchiness of the scalp. Avoid fatty food and red meat.
Hair loss is another distress. Using a diet rich in zinc, minerals, proteins, vitamins and B-complex will be a way out. Excessive body stress and tension, hormonal imbalance, thyroid imbalance, prolonged illness and excessive medication also result in hair loss. The chemicals used in perming lotions and hair colorants are also responsible. The remedy can be having a diet that includes healthy food. You may massage hair with essential oils and treat hair with nourishing packs.
Graying hair is obtained with age. The middle layer of hair loses its pigment, resulting in gray hair. Furthermore, excessive body heat and the heat generated by constant mental activity can lead to premature graying. And, of course, perming, coloring and bleaching work to promote graying, too. If you want to color your hair, try doing it with natural products. Use henna–add coffee to get a dark brown color.
So, don’t reach a dead end because of hair problems. Use natural methods to attain natural results. Obtain proper treatment and leave hair problems far behind.
