Since each season dictates its rules and fashion trends, it is high time we obeyed the fashion rules of fall/winter 2009/2010 not only in terms of clothing but also in terms of make-up. The color-scheme of cosmetics makeup fall/winter 2009/2010 is full of contrasts. Surprising it seems that both smokey eyes and naked eyes are equally in fashion.
