Giorgio Armani New Travel Beauty BoutiqueGiorgio Armani has opened a new travel beauty boutique in the East Hall of Terminal One at Hong Kong International airport. The newly opened boutique is the first of its type in Asia.

According to WWD.com, the boutique sells 180 kinds of cosmetics makeup and seven beauty skin care products’ references along with all Armani fragrances.

The 333-square-foot store, called Giorgio Armani, was opened on Jan. 17 in Hong Kong International Airport’s Terminal One with the help of the L’Oreal-licensed brand’s travel-retail distributor Scental and airport operator Nuance-Watson.

TREND-News.com quotes the Armani company commenting on the newly established beauty boutique.

This will be the first stand-alone boutique in any airport worldwide and will incorporate the very essence of Armani fashion with a glittering catwalk, fashionable make-up stations, luxurious skincare corner and chic fragrance bar. Face designers will also offer professional services to all customers; from skincare consultations to catwalk-inspired makeovers.

According to the estimates of industry sources and professionals, Armani beauty boutique will reportedly generate retail sales of up to 33,000 Hong Kong dollars, or $4,230 at the current exchange rate, per day.
