Rihanna is in the list of celebrity named handbags now that Marc Jacobs has added her name to his line. According to CONCRETELOOP.COM, the Rihanna bag that premiered as part of his Spring line is roomy in size with a large twist-lock closure front flap pocket and aged silver metal hardware. The Purse Page likes the Rihanna bag for its style and comfortability.

While in search of a great everyday carryall, I came across this Marc Jacobs Rihanna Bag. Despite its seemingly neutral color, the effect of the silver spray paint finish over clay suede is beautiful up close. The half-circle handles and sturdy turnlock closure are done in pewter, which is not very Jacobs-esque. It’s a nice surprise and I’m convinced that MJ should use it more often – it lends the bag such a sturdy, smart and pulled together look. That’s further exemplified by the handbag’s substantial size and edgy shape.

The purse comes in two styles available – a silver leather/suede version ($2,075) and a distressed metallic version ($1,650).
