Now that Santa has come and gone and Christmas is officially over, our thoughts start turning to New Year’s resolutions. Actually, with just a few days to go before 2008 is ushered in, it’s officially time to do so.
While some will vow to lose 20lbs, quit smoking or drinking, or start working out on a regular basis, beauty bloggers are perhaps more realistic, and certainly concentrate on resolutions that are smaller, simpler and nicer.
For example, that’s fit blogger has made it her New Year’s resolution to rethink her eyebrows.
Sure I attempt to shape them and create the perfect arch but I know that I often work with the wrong tools and go way overboard, resulting in red blotches from tweezing too hard and a way-too-thin shape.
The blogger behind Culture In The City, resolves to make herself look fabulous.
My fashion resolution is to wear more pretty things (baby food stained tee shirts be gone!) and I’m going to start with this cute and versatile dress from Yu Clothing.
Real Girl Beauty says she will spend next year trying a whole new list of products.
All of these resolutions are very worthwhile, but I will stick to our major beauty blog resolution, to work hard and to make every second worthwhile.
